How It Works
Getting Started
When your office signs up for our service, each agent and staff member is provided with an account on the SHOWING SOLUTIONS web site. Using the web site, agents or staff members enter listings and their corresponding showing instructions directly into our system. Once the showing instructions have been entered, our toll-free 'appointment line' telephone number is entered into your MLS listings as the number to call for showing appointments.
Handling Showing Requests
When agents wish to show your listings, they simply call SHOWING SOLUTIONS instead of your office. Our showing specialists handle all the details - checking schedules and instructions, contacting sellers, and making any necessary callbacks to the showing agent or their office.
Following Up
Immediately after a showing, our system sends an E-Mail message to the showing agent requesting feedback on the showing. By using e-mail instead of the telephone, SHOWING SOLUTIONS enables agents to submit feedback at their convenience - promoting greater feedback response rates. With just one click, agents are directed to our web-site where they answer a few simple questions and can enter general comments.
Seller Access
Agents have the option to grant access to SHOWING SOLUTIONS web site to their sellers. This provides sellers with 24/7 access to the showing schedule for their property. Additionally, the listing agent can decide if the seller is allowed to see feedback that has been submitted by showing agents.
Monitoring the Activity
Keeping tabs on the showings of your listings is easier than ever through SHOWING SOLUTIONS web-site. Brokers, agents and staff are able to enter showing instructions, monitor showing activity, review feedback, and produce reports, charts and graphs.
